There is no wiring diagram on this build doc. As far as I know most fuzz faces are centre positive instead of centre negative. Which is this??
I've never built a centre positive effect and I don't want to make a mistake. Would I need to wire it differently? (perhaps swap the 2 dc wires the other way?)
Is there any reason why there are 2 seperate ground points on the pcb?
Thank you for any advice offered.
You can build it normally, as all usual pedals, you don't need to reverse anything because this Fuzz Face uses NPN silicon transistors.
This circuit is positive ground only if you use PNP transistors instead like in the mangler project.

Ok, Thank you, and what about the 2 ground points on the PCB? Do both of these need grounding or is it just a second option and you just choose one?
You can use either or both. As long as you use at least one.

I found it easiest on the baby builds to use one ground up to the dc jack and the other ground down to the 3pdt switch.
