Can't remember if Peter ever specified. But, even a 12v would probably be fine.

The original product page said it can handle between 9V to 15V. Whatever you use will be doubled to 18V to 30V.

looks like all the other split rail pedals use 16v. I would probably run it @12V. MY PS DOES 9V_12V Selectable..Has a couple of 18v but Ill save those to blow stuff up..
