I have my VFESB v3 (https://www.madbeanpedals.com/projects/_folders/VFE/pdf/VFE_SBv3.pdf) boards but I do not have any of the original VFE made switching boards left. If you want a couple of the SBv3 boards please PM or email me and I'll get it sorted for you.
