Title: What does VFE mean?

Hi,

New to the forum and the site. I don't hink I'm a robot, but the registration process had that fact in doubt. I'm looking at ordering a few boards and building some pedals, but i don't know what the term VFE means. I don't see many posts on the subject either. Is it a site specific term, or a general term? VFE was (kinda still is) a pedal maker and designer named Peter Rutter. he still designs (and sometimes makes) stuff but formally closed shop a few years ago and licenses his designs in various ways to various entities, like Madbean. Think of VFE as a brand name essentially

I asked Peter about the 404 error. He said that the hosting expired and that he didn't know if he would continue it. Hopefully the archive gets moved to the new site, otherwise it'll have to be accessed via archive.org
