Title: PT-80 with Bontempo module
Post by: Vivek_rc on September 26, 2021, 05:26:28 AM
Hi All,

Just completed a PT-80 where delay time (pin 6 of PT2399) and modulation is controlled by the bontempo kit. Has tap tempo, different tempo divisions, different modulation waveforms and a host of other features. It's a fun pedal to make some interesting sounds.

Also my first attempt are copper sulphate etching of the enclosure, just used a black sharpie, as an etch resist, to label and draw some patterns. Happy with the outcome :). But definitely a very involved process.

Wow.  I really love the etch idea. I do a lot of etching and it is indeed a labor intensive process, but the results are so nice.  Wonderful circuit as well.

Steve.

Thanks guys, I think I got lucky on my first ever etch, was surprised and very happy I had a good outcome.
