Title: Florist LED
Post by: McPilot on November 23, 2020, 02:34:46 AM
Hello y'all,

I've got another question about the Florist.  I've got the board finished and tested, and it sounds great.  Does anyone know of a way to make the blinky LED (LFO rate) turn off when the pedal is in bypass?  I'm going to have that LED extruding from the enclosure and would rather it not blink anytime power is applied to the pedal.

As always, thanks in advance.

Sure, just wire the cathode side of that LED to the 3pdt switch (upper left lug on the 3pdt). When bypassed the led will turn off.

I was thinking that might be possible, but didn't know if it would mess anything up in the circuit.  Nothing is ever that easy, is it?

Thanks!  This forum is awesome..

That's what diy is all about. As long as you don't let out the magic smoke, everything is good.
