Title: Florist Blend control?
Post by: diegoyl on July 09, 2020, 06:10:16 PM
Description:  CCW - no effect mixing, 1/2 up - chorus, CW - vibrato.

I'm confused, does this mean CCW is essentially bypass, 1/2 up is only Chorus and CW is only vibrato?
What would the in between positions do?

Also, is vibrato just like faster chorus or is it actually completely changing the effect?

Yupp, that's correct.  CCW is 100% dry, CW is 100% wet.  Everything in the middle is a blend.  Ideally most chorus' are most pronounced at the 50/50 mark.

Vibrato is a cyclical change in pitch. Chorus is vibrato mixed in with the unaffected signal, usually 50/50 as gordo already said. The blend knob allows you to mix vibrato and unaffected signal any way you like. Vibrato sounds nicest and most pronounced at higher speeds.
