Title: guitarpcb Cornish G2-Animal G-02 Switch pop

Anyone know what might sort the switch popping, ive wired it using the non true bypass mode. R39 is 50k, i tried 100k and it still popped, do i need to increase it more, it has 10M ohm on the input R1.

sometimes you can get a pop if there is a dc voltage on the ouptut.  you can try replacing the out wire from the PCB to the footwswitch with an electro cap.  maybe 47 UF or higher.
