Title: Is it bad etiquette to ask for a one-off PCB around here?
Post by: passaloutre on April 14, 2017, 03:54:31 PM
I haven't been around the madbean forum in many years, so let me know if I'm breaking any rules/culture here

I'm planning to make an Echo-matic, but I think this PCB is starting to get a little too complex for me to fake it with perfboard. I don't really have a setup to make PCBs (and kind of don't want to get into that hobby), so I was hoping someone with an etching setup might be able to help me out. I'll obviously pay you for your time/materials. The PCB transfer is at the bottom of this page:

Here is a cleaner image (for 600 dpi), it may need to be reversed depending on your transfer method:

It's not bad etiquette at all. In fact, this sort of thing is encouraged!  ;D

There are several folks here who can etch you a board.

This thread might get more attention in the Buy / Sell / Trade subforum, but there's really no harm in having it here.

Haberdasher is your man for one off etchings such as these (assuming he still does it....)
