Depends on what you mean by dual channel. It's relatively simple to be able to switch between two pots - having two gain pots, or two volume pots for example. It's much more challenging to switch between multiple pots with one switch, and would likely mean you'd have to hack into the board, or even better hack into the schematic and adjust it for two optional paths from wherever you want the signal to change (i.e. after the tone section or before).

Perhaps the easiest thing to do though would be to build two Serendipitys (Serdipiti? Serendipities? Serendipitous?) into one enclosure. Then arrange switching to have a bypass switch and a a/b switch. I would say that would be a cool pedal to have if you really like the zendrive tone for both your rhythm and lead sounds.

you could fairly easily have a 4 independent knobs for two channels on a footswitch if you bought a 4pdt switch. even a normal 3pdt will give you 2 independent volume/drive knobs and an indicator LED.

it'll just require some fairly simple offboard wiring.

alternately, you could put in a seperate boost circuit (SHO, EP-2, AMZ etc) before or after your serendipity and in the same enclosure--the level could be controlled by an external pot or an internal trim pot
