Title: Zombii!
Post by: petesz on May 03, 2011, 06:49:09 AM
Made this one for a friend. Id never played a real fuzz factory before, what a crazy hectic pedal! most of the time its just feeding back! or glitchy velcro fuzz sounds.
Pretty fun though and very versatile.
Also the switch switches input and output caps to higher values for a bit more bass. Not that it needs it ha!

Thanks dudes, all the offboard wiring took ages! My friend wanted it "not in the stupid sideways way" haha.

Thats funny. I always thought the way zvex layouts out his pedals is clever. At first I missed the fact that the board is under the velcro. Is this to keep it from moving inside?

Yeah i think the zvex layouts are pretty clever space savers but i can see why you wouldnt like it too.
Ah yeah the velcro is just on the solder side of the board, the components face downwards, just to stop it accidently shorting out against the lid thats all. It was the only way i could fit the board in this box.

I like unconventional knob layouts!  Nice work!
