Hey guys, was just messing around with the idea of getting a short run of stickers made up to include with future orders, just a bit of fun.
But im concerned perhaps my special brand of humor may come across as offensive? The idea is, you don't have to be a rocket surgeon to build a pedal but perhaps it comes across more like, you NEED to be a genius to build a pedal. Or maybe im reading too much into it and no one could possible take this cartoon seriously...? I guess I just feel like it sort of summarises who we are..?
What do you think?

Paul do you know the This is your brain PSA's? They were an integral part of the US's (failed) War on Drugs in the 80's. I dunno if they made it over to Oz.

I don't think it's offensive, but I get where you're coming from. Maybe you could use a light bulb instead of a brain = ideas/inspiration?
You should replace the pedal graphic with a guy banging his head into a desk, wondering why it isn't working!
I would do: a soldering iron + burned fingers = pedal.
Or in my case a burned scrotum. But that might be just a tad offensive ;D
I like the bulb+iron=pedal idea.... :)
Got a cart ready in your shop for a while, just need to pull the trigger, might wait for the stickers.
Bulb is as good as brain and wouldn't make the brainless people feel bad.

Clay, our government takes a different approach. They would probably do something like...find a heroin addict in the street and preform a live autopsy. They don't mess around with graphic content when it comes to shepparding the masses, eg:

Could I just go ahead and name a band Flaming Scrotum? I am going to be laughing about this all day. Although I am sorry that this actually happened to someone!
Paul, some of our PSAs are almost as bad these days. My kids leave the room during some of them.
Anyway, I like the lightbulb idea the best!

^This. "The Flaming Scrotums" has a certain ring to it I think.
I like the lightbulb too, but the brain looks cool. I think if you did a lightbulb over a brain, with a horizontal line separating them like a fraction, then the whole thing would look like a crazy equation. It's still always going to make me hungry for fried eggs though.

Alright I think I'm going to lock this one in. The stickers should be a bit of fun. I'll order them today and start putting them in orders when they arrive. Thanks for your feedback guys, I knew it would be a good idea to ask you all :D
Next time I might put it to you guys to come up with the whole sticker set to a theme, like (this) + (that) = Pedal. And the best / most humorous one ends up on the final sticker. That could end up with a lot of laughs!

Nuts. Looks like I put my order in too soon! My parts showed up today Paul. One of those sweet stickers would have been the perfect addition to a perfectly filled order!
