Title: smallbear 3pdt board wiring question
Post by: jball85 on May 07, 2014, 10:36:04 PM
Im using a dc jack and battery, so when wiring the led, should I connect the positive leg of the led to either one of the (+) 9v dc jack tabs? And should I run a ground wire from the pcb's ground to the sleeve of the input jack then connect the sleeve to the ground connection on the SB 3pdt board ?

The +9V goes to the same spot as the main (effect) PCB 9V attaches to at the DC jack. Personally, I use a star grounding arrangement. I bring an individual ground wire from each of the ground connection points to a central connection. I usually star the +9V too because then I don't have to get two wires into the tab on the DC jack.
