Title: Zero Point DD question
Post by: miter53 on March 10, 2014, 05:56:18 AM
I've built a couple of these, and the second one goes into feedback oscillation when the feedback is turned past 12 o'clock. It's even worse when the ghost switch is flipped. The first one I built didn't seem as sensitive. Any suggestions as to a possible cause?

It just does that. Use a A50K pot for feedback on the DD (doesn't work as well on the DLX) and it's a lot better. Oscillation comes on at just past 2 o'clock then and it's easier to dial in. I've retro fitted the log pot to every DD I've ever built now.
