Title: Shielded cable?
Post by: selfdestroyer on November 28, 2013, 01:55:30 AM
Suggestions on what kind and from where? I was browsing around Mouser and it looks like I can only get giant spools of it from what I can tell.

I built a few high gain pedals that I find the input and output wires are very touchy and prone to noise. Any suggestions on what to try?

This is pretty standard and good stuff from SB. Only 62 cents per foot as well. Works great.

Thanks, and perfect timing. I have a cart I started last night with SB.

Teflon coax very small diameter and a pleasure to work with.  No need to fish the core from the shield, just wrap a lead around the shield, solder, trim off excess shield then heatshrink.
