Title: Adding a Micro Buffer to a EB Volume pedal
Post by: bryanrichie on September 24, 2013, 02:17:27 PM
Howdy!

My extremely thoughtful postman brought me a couple of these lovely Micro Buffer pcbs. (http://coldcrafteffects.net/blog/product/pcb-micro-buffer/) Yet, I have little to no clue where the volume pot would be wired in. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!

Hey Brian,

It would be best to put a volume knob on the output.  Out from PCB to lug 3 of volume pot.  Lug 1 to ground and Lug 2 would go to the output jack hot.

For any other specific questions, feel free to contact me directly at sales@coldcrafteffects.net

edit: just noticed you are talking about the EB volume pedal.  I would separate the connection from the input jack to lug 3, and put the buffer in there, between input jack and pot.
