I've got 3 that I'm actively working on.

GuitarPCB Industrial fuzz.  Tested it last night, now I need to design a layout & box it.
1776 Multiplex with Modulation.  Tested a couple of weeks back, completed the layout, need to start drilling the enclosure.
Madbean's Harbinger One.  Soldering components done, need to wire it up and test it.

Not sure how much I'll actually get done this weekend.  I also want to figure out what should be next.

I have a harbinger and sharkfin stuffed.  Hope to rock them both this weekend, and if all goes well, I may even box them.

Me? I'm boxing up my pedal board looper, just a simple Guitar In -> send to PB -> rec from PB -> Out to Amp. I have an old tube(tubes RCA Victor) console with a radio and record player I'm tearing apart and moding into an alcohol storage facility. That it has TONS of old school parts that I can possibly rob and make use of is a bonus. Does that count?

I've got a couple of customer builds to finish, and also some new stuff to build up (Tonmeister V2 etc).

I'm really itching to get back into the building now that summer has officially left the UK!

When the sun is shining my urge to sit in my dark lair diminishes considerably  ;D

edit: Just realised I've passed my 1000th post without noticing; how did that happen !?!  :o :)

Oh wow! What a question!

I think I have about 25 drilled enclosures I still need to fill, including some fun ones that are for me or for clients.

But I'm going to the Argos/Riders game on Saturday night. So stoked! I love the CFL!

Rewiring an Darth Fader from OLC that once belonged to the Dead Ranch Hands.  A total spaghetti dinner of solid core was inside.  The creator must have uttered no less than 1,000 swear words during it's shameful creation.  OLC boards make me eternally grateful for the nice fabbed PCB's we get here.  Other than that, I'm going to populate a Militant Chili, a Dist+, TB MKII, and both top secret pcb's from jkokura's top secret pcb bundle sale.  Which was top secret btw.  Awesome.

After coming off of (for me, anyway) a string of boxing completed boards (okay, just two!), I have a couple of boards I want to finish populating and hopefully test. They're a vero NPN hybrid Fuzz Face and a "stock" specs Pepper Spray. But it's going to be really nice here so I'll be lucky to get to any of it! My family does like to play. I get way more done in the winter.

Well, I think I'm a couple of switches short of being able to rock my Deadringer, but other than that I'm hoping to vero and rock:

SHO-CrackleNotOk
NE-1 bass preamp
Really Cheap Bass Compressor (if I can make it to the local for parts)

and populate and rock a Haberdasher Sea Urchin board.

No boxing most likely. No enclosures and a lack of stomp switches, although these are for multis most likely.

Cramming a stupidly large circuit (think 1590bb) into a 1590A, with a board mounted 3pdt, using SMD, in eagle.

I think I may have gone insane.

Now that we've made it through the flooding OK and it looks like things are calming down, I get to get back to working on stuff. I've got to figure out the switching for a 3-in-1 pedal and then I can box it up. I hope to finish that this weekend.

I'll be in a mix session all weekend, but today I populated a Dist+ and a stock Pepper Spray. Unfortunately, one of my 1N695s cracked open as I was bending the leads to get it into the socket, but hopefully Steve at Small Bear will replace it...this happened with my last Pepper Spray build, too. I wonder if they just had a bad batch or something.

I don't have any enclosures drilled, but hopefully I'll get at least one finished next week.

Jon, I so feel you. I'm ill, like two weeks now. If you guys know it, I have "infectious mononucleosis", AKA the Kissing Disease. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infectious_mononucleosis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infectious_mononucleosis))

It's really common to young adults, like me (I'm 21 years old.). It really tires you, and you don't want to do anything.

Read the link. There's a really interesting list of symptoms. You'll see what I go through.  ;D

SHO and NE-1 succesfully rocked, yet remain unboxed.  Seem to be missing a couple of resistors from my Sea Urchin bom order though and I'm waiting for some pt2399s to arrive from evilbay.

Cripes, the NE-1 is a nice sounding bass preamp.  If you play bass at all, check it out.

Looper may be the wrong word.
It's a dumb box - I/O only no real circuit. It has 4 jacks, and each pair are connected. Top right jack gets the Guitar input, the top left connects that out to the first pedal. Go through all the pedals , plug the output of the last pedal into the bottom left, and connect a cable bottom right to your amp. Makes the board a little more portable.
I had a really bad blemished 125B that I got from Tayda (deep scarring , warped top, uneven lid, they credited it) and I thought it would be useful. Even after sanding I couldn't get the top flat enough for an etch - but it looks like it's been on the board for years. Used it at rehearsal Sunday, worked like a champ

AMT cab sim
Really cheap bass compressor
Tonemender
Sea Urchin

Thats on top of an ne-1 and an sho clone last weekend.

Gotta go rock them at some stage... the NE-1 and SHO are verified..

I'm hoping to get some final troubleshooting done on a 1590DD Triangle '66 + Green Russian muff box.  Boxed it up during the week but the Triangle side is lacking volume (which is not normal for a muff!).  It's a fun project originally designed for a dual output 8 string "guitar" (3 bass strings, 5 guitar strings, Charlie Hunter inspired).  The thought is that it can run with the "bass" output through the green side and the "guitar" portion through the triangle side, creating different yet related tones.  It can also be jumpered with a small patch to run them in series for double muffy goodness :)

At the point now where big orders are unavoidable.

I'm going to vero up a SHO, and have that after the 5-band EQ in one box. I still have to get a 1550G for the PLL (going to have the drone and momentary in the same box, as per Digi2T, makes sense to me), and a fancy Hammond for the phaser. The Avalanche can go into a 1590B :) (First PCB I've ever gotten on a "Thank you!" Hallmark card! :) )

The blurred out board is a secret, not to be told until I have permission  8) }:-> That's for a 1790NS!

I'll be re-painting a box that I pulled a decal from. The box has been in and out of storage so many times that the decal got damaged  :( Also going to paint a box for one of my own FlexiMuff boards, and order the remaining parts and make the drilling templates for Project "I". If (and that's a big if!) I get this done and still have some time left, I'm going to re-wire my Boneyard. Busy day ahead!!

Being superbowl weekend I'm not sure if I'll finish all I've got in line. I have a Lavache I've finished the box for and need to wire it up. I have the Paisley drive that needs to be boxed now and I want to get the Sharkfin box painted, decaled and Envirotex'd.

Jimmy that etch is awesome!

I got a drill press this week and went all Juan & Cleggy on these..... I've already rocked the corresponding circuits.  Hoping to box them this weekend.  Wiring will have to be completed in a few weeks.

On the one hand, my AP logo is cooler than yours.

On the other hand, your graphics are cooler than mine :) I really like the fractal on the Tenebrion one!

More ontopic, I've already got my major goal complete for the weekend.

I was going for an "ethereal" graphic in the reverb.

My buddy designed the graphic for me, I love it.  It's hard to see but there is a little sound wave going through the "A".... It's much better than something I could come up with.

After having the PCB populated for months, I finally drilled out the enclosure for my Zero Point SDX earlier in the week and threw it on the test rig. It fired up first try, so I'm aiming to box it over the weekend. Might try replacing the 3PDT in my Op-Amp Muff too, I think the one I have in there might be bad.

I'd also like to finally populate the Tonebender PCB I got from Stomptown earlier last year. It's time I got that going.

This weekend was a catch up weekend.  Its almost over (aus) but I got a lot of stuff done:

- Built a tap tempo for my strymon bluesky and recorded / edited the video for it
- Built and tested the new project PCB on my store, "Night Drive" (lovepedal eternity in 1590a) boxed and shoot /editing the video for it (hours of work right there).
- Powder coated 3 enclosures
- Tested new version of the fabbed 3pdt wiring boards

Nice to see some progress, family life is a busy life.

I've got stupidly long days at work all through the weekend (Fri-Sun) so haven't got time for anything.  When I get home tonight I'm going to try to finish designing  a drilling rig design so I can take it down to my local laser cutting place tomorrow. Hopefully the acrylic pieces will join together nicely, then fit snugly over the a box for 100% accurately drilled holes every time.

And if I get time tomorrow before work (thankfully it's a shorter day), I want to finish up my label design for a couple of boards I got from Pickdropper.

So much to do, so little time.

Hey Jimi! Is this a precision bass body? Looks very nice in natural wood. Which finish did you use? Shellack? :P nitro? Please update when its all finish! I like the painting job work, but i dont have much space what turns everyghing in a nightmare!!

It is a pbass body. The finish is an amber finish for wudtone.com it's pretty easy to do and doesn't require much space and has very little fumes that dissipate quickly. I will definitely post it when I am done.

Still test driving a big muff variant, dialing it in for a Vibrolux.  Bread boarding a BSIAB2 with the amz tone control 6 and probably a bandaxall eq just to see how it sounds.  Then if I have time, bread boarding a few compressors.  Unfortunately nothing is ready to box up at the moment.

Just finished a q-zone and I'm patiently waiting for the nom nom, sunking 2.

Let's see. We've 7 enclosures now ready to go:

2x Superjudges (one each)
A commisioned Cherrybomb (awaiting board)
A commisioned Pit Fighter (awaiting board)
Cleggy's Duovibe
Cleggy's Face Bender
Cleggy's Kraken
My Multiplex re-house (turning it into a Multiplex Deluxe Reverb)

Then there's today's work... Sorting out the layout for a 5-in-1... Not really looking forward to that one.

The results are in:

Egghead - working.  I'd probably built up my expectations to high for this.  It's ok, but not earth shattering.
Pork Barrel - working.  Seems pretty subtle... but it is pretty nice.
Hipster - all the gain is bunched up at the last mill of pot revolution and it osciliates flat out.  I'm going to have to a)bias the timpot properly, and b) follow the suggestions in the build doc re: C1 and a reverse log gain pot.

It's the dirtbag II and it's sounds amazing.  I built it's with two mn3005 and I'm running it at 15v.  It will take a few weeks to get it boxed.  I have an optotron ready to get boxed with it.  Since it fired up and worked so easily I got a few of these made as well.  (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/03/10/umavyzyv.jpg)

I'm part-way through my first Green Bean build and realized that I'm missing my 10R and 220R resistors (they're on their way now with another order from mklec).

I still need to debug my Pork Barrel board, but don't have my Testing Rig from Jacob yet.  (Yeah, I started with one of the harder pedals and didn't have a test rig or probe - I know I did it backwards, lol!)

And my Little Angel, the first pedal pcb I populated, is one of those where the effect is extremely faint, so I'm pretty disappointed in that.  But it appears that's probably not my fault, since that's a pretty popular problem with that circuit.

So when my stuff gets here I'm looking forward to the Green Bean build to lift my spirits, lol!  Then off to make a Snarkdoodle Llama for a friend of mine because he's a Way Huge fan.

Too much to do, too little time! It's my last full weekend off before I go back to work (summer season in my job is awful so I'm pleased to have had it all off). Got planned, big bike ride today and going out tonight, start wiring up my friends Vulcan bomber flight sim tomorrow (replacing hus current flight deck), big bike ride on Monday with a pub lunch with a friend. Between all this, want to get the laser cutter wired up and working (been procrastinating on it again) and the control panel designed and cut, reply to several threads and PMs, build up my SHO boards, drill and powder coat boxes and get the SHO boards installed with everything else, order more various boards from iTead, and I'm sure I've forgotten about 10 things I need to do.

Finally started on my rub-a-dub deluxe.   Took a few minutes to troubleshoot my EMG install that has been sitting around mocking me for a few months and finally figured it out.   If you really pay attention to the diagrams, if you do a Les style wiring, you connect the pickups on different spots to the volume pots.  I kept racking my brain trying to figure out why they worked fine if I wired up just a single pickup with no switch.

Finally started to gather my thoughts around what I wanna build next.
I will probably do a 3 in 1 of sorts consisting of the TH Custom Dr. Phil, Hyperbolic from Rob, and lastly, the 1776 Bee Baa.

After that, the Harbinger One. I've been out of the hobby for some time and I wanna return victorious :D

Regarding the charge pump needed with the Harbinger and Phil doctor - I've read somewhere that it can deliver only 100mA right? I do have an 18V out from my power supply thats regulated and isolated and unused, but it is 100mA, exactly. Would that be enough for the Harbinger One? I've read the build doc but probably missed the current draw somehow sorry guys...

Generally speaking, I don't mind being a fat bastard. You can't be small and contain this much awesome... But 20 mins before I can barely hold my head straight through some of the faster corners and today (the day after) having many parts of my body aching that don't normaly, means that I really need more seat time in the car to build up the required muscles again.

The catch 22 being that the cost of that seat time is so prohibitive now that I've broached selling my half of the car to the co-owner... Sad, but necessary... :( It's no bloody good that when I do get to drive the thing, I can only for short periods.

Bah, 1st world probs ;)

Juan I've had the same problem in karts.  When I'm in shape I don't only feel better, I'm more competitive.  I've actually had people tell me that they know they will be able to pass once my head starts lean over cause I'm visibly tired.   I'm gonna get back in racing shape this year.

Was a productive Sunday pedalwise:

- Fixed the whine in my Boneyard, just found that the vol knob will whine if turned all the way up.  Shouldn't be an issue as I don't think it needs to go anywhere near that loud to get unity with the effect bypassed.

- fixed the pot placement of said Boneyard as I'd labeled the enclosure wrong, so the crunch and high gain had to be extended and holes switched.

- Tidied up the wiring inside Terminus, and secured the veros to the doublesided tape with hot glue.  Now you'll stick you bastards.  Found I'd grounded everything to everything else, except nothing was actually grounded to the power ground, so nothing worked until I fixed that...

- Wired the outboard hardware to a Haberdasher Deadringer etch and rocked it.  It's ok, will probably box it.  Maybe.  Still got a stack of other boards to box first.

Hopefully I'll finish up the laser build tonight, just need to do a few more wires, and it should be done. Not sure how to get the Z table working though, but I'll try sorting it another time. If the laser is working, I'll get it all calibrated, and my drilling templates all cut out. Hopefully I'll also have time to test out 2 Smoothie boards I've built up. But first, around 20 miles ish bike ride down by the river, really like it down there, but not sure how far I'll get as it was raining quite heavily yesterday and it makes the mud track near impossible to pass on places.

Get the laser cutter control panel designed and cut out, make the wiring a bit neater, find settings to cut acrylic and removing paint off enclosures without burn marks, watch the F1, celebrate tonight as I was supposed to get married today which would have been a massive mistake (she cheated so I had an easy way out), may as well celebrate tomorrow as well, and need to get a few pedals on eBay.

I'm working on a Slow Loris right now. Last night I wired up all 4 pots, wired the cliping toggle switch and finished populating the board. Today I'm going to finish up the jacks and foot switch so I can start testing. Sadly my enclosure is shipping incredibly slow, it was an eBay steal from Hong Kong so it was expected. I might grab a predrilled one from pedal parts plus, because I don't want to wait two more weeks to get this thing in a box and I have a Wolfshirt and guitarpcb GBOF that'll need an enclosure soon.

Next up I'm going to begin my first multi effect project that I've been planning since I started building a few months ago. It's going to be a dirtbox with lots of clipping options, fuzz and OD PCBs from bean, order switching and possibly a toggled treble boosting circuit. What can I say I'm a sucker for knobs and toggle switches.

Doppelganger 1.4 Low Profile layout. One of my original run boards, going by the green colour. I don't recommend hunting one up (or OSH'ing one), half the builds are sweet as, the other half have bad ticking. Plus the slow switch is incorrectly wired.

Much better to scare up a 2.1 board. I think Lace is out of them now, but someone might want to flick one.

I have been away from the bench for a month or so and now I feel so out of touch with what I had populated and started. Time to get building.

I am etching a few enclosures and I figured I would etch up 4 or 5 of the Etchers Paradise boards to try to get them verified for Brian.

Have a gig on bass with a new band sat night.  Should be interesting.  Very established (20 years), huge repetiour repettour song list, and... don't do set lists, they just go with the flow of the crowd and call the songs.  I've charted out the ones they did last time, and know lots more that they do already, so hopefully I won't spend all night trying to follow along.  Some of those old RnB standards are like 5 minute bass solos.

Going to make an attempt to get an Equinox etch finally populated today.

Can't decide if I should start boxing the 17 finished boards. I want to try to etch something. I have all needed supplies to do boards or faceplates, I got a pedaltrain and mounted the PS which makes me realize how many pedals I don't have. Need to find my freakin A/B/Y morley pedal and figure out switching for pedalboard into several amps.

My middle son wanted to move his mixing setup into my little studio built into the garage so instead of waiting for me to move my pedal stuff out he put it all into boxes and piled it on a table in the front room. I'm tired just thinking about it. I need a HOBBY ASSISTANT.

Hoping I can push my Flintlock build to at least the troubleshooting stage :D

I have an Eagle Claw to box and one to build....it's a fast build. OK add that to the above.

I've got some epic pedal plans this weekend:

Boxing:
A simple 1 knob gate I found on I\/Iark's forum.  First attempt at a waterslide decal.

A 2 in 1 dirtbox.  This one is a bit different in that the two dirts are not stackable, in that if the pedal is not bypassed you chose between one (Wampler Cracked AC) or the other (MI Crunchbox).  My waterslides just wouldn't stick to this box (I've tried a couple of times, the box has been resanded a couple of times already!) and I've gone back to an inkjet sticker.

Rocking:
Seventh Heaven on vero.

Adding a tap tempo to a vero of Valvewizard's Small Time delay.

Multicab sim.

Simple Cabsim.

Build:
Couple of buffers and splitters maybe.

Edit:
Have to get the PIFs in the mail!
